We are so grateful to those friends of AMC that have made us their nominated AmazonSmile charity. 

If you haven’t yet done so and if you ever use Amazon, to do this requires a very simple process outlined below and then, at no cost to you, we will receive a donation of 0.5% of the value of all future qualifying purchases you make while we are your nominated charity.  Once set up, this will work automatically and you need do nothing else as you use Amazon (through AmazonSmile) going forward.

For the three months to 31.1.2021, we received a donation of £36 in respect of the 38 friends of AMC who have made us their nominated AmazonSmile charity.  As an illustration, this would mean we could receive around £750 per year from Amazon if 200 friends of AMC made us their nominated AmazonSmile charity.

How to make The Abingdon Music Centre Trust your AmazonSmile charity

2.  Confirm you would like to make The Abingdon Music Centre Trust your nominated charity by clicking on “Start shopping” (if you are already signed into smile.amazon.co.uk you will instead just be asked if you want to make The Abingdon Music Centre Trust your new nominated charity).

3.  Follow the instructions to sign in to Amazon as normal (or to sign up if you are new to Amazon).

4.  Continue to use Amazon as you always have and we will automatically receive 0.5% of the value of your eligible purchases.  The only thing to remember is that you should use smile.amazon.co.uk rather than amazon.co.uk whenever you log on to Amazon in the future.  Your log-in details will be the same, as will your basket and the look of the website.
